Position: Senior Architect

Location: Belfast

Temporary/Contract/Permanent: Permanent

Salary:    35,000 - 45,000

Responsibilities: 
* Your role will involved all aspects of architecture from design to detailed drawings to site management. 
* Ability to manage a project from concept stage to completion and work within an integrated, multidisciplinary function.
* Management of projects and meetings and where needed working on site to ensure that the designs are being constructed to specification.
* Accurate production of detailed drawings
* Creative flair and an ability to work on CAD and improve existing packages would be a distinct advantage
* The post will involve mentoring and managing a team of junior Architects/Techncians on a range of projects

Requirements:
* You will be a qualified Architect with ideally 10 years or more experience having run your own projects, making bid submissions and leading presentations
* If you have less than 10 years experience you will offer a good range of both technical and design capability and able to run your own projects from start to finish
* Strong and clear communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with clients
* Previous site experience is essential to ensure that you are able to put your designs into reality.
* Strong technical understanding and the ability to produce accurate working drawings is essential.
* You will be ARB registered and offer post ARB experience.
